My stay at the hotel was just perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just right for a stay in Venice. Having a small balcony overlooking a tiny canal was a delightful touch. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, allowing us to explore Venice easily. The dining experience was good value for money, and overall, the facilities were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had extraordinary decor, but I wish they had windows to the canal. Carrying bags to the 3rd floor was tiring, and the price seemed a bit high for the overall experience. The location was superb, right in the heart of the old city, but some services like night assistance were lacking. The dining options were good with a variety of items, but the facility lacked some essential features.
